Salary: £20,000 to £25,000 depending on experience
The role will involve dealing with clients and ensuring all IT support needs are fulfilled within the agreed service level agreement. You will need to manage client’s expectations through clear and concise communication. A proactive approach to this role is required with an expectation that the suitable candidate has the ability to troubleshoot and project manage using our chosen issue tracking product.

The Support Assistant will provide a pivotal role in supporting the current growth of the company across a variety of clients covering many different industries. They will be required to investigate and understand the changing business and systems requirements of clients and produce effective documentation to all parties to facilitate development. In addition, they will be required to provide effective communication and support in the delivery of new requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
