		ProBase have developed a number of reporting suites for the reinsurance market. Using data from the core system, ProBase were able to use the data to provide a complex reporting suite. Our standard set of reports include a full maintainable Reinsurance Program, Age Analysis, Commutation and Principal to Principal reports. All reports give the user the ability to run high level online reports with the option to drill down and see the detail behind a specific participant, contract or collection.
		ProBase have developed a Collection Tracking system, utilising the core system to identify that a collection has been raised, the Collection Tracking system will enable your business to track each collection on an individual basis. The system gives greater visibility to your cash collection department, enabling them to monitor at contract, collection and reinsurer level. This system is linked with our Condition Coding system, which analyses the debt to produce a detailed analysis.
		ProBase have developed a Condition Coding system that tracks the status of each collection. Using the collection and reinsurer status combined with additional specifics for each contract, collection and reinsurer the Condition Coding system applies a validation to the debt based on collectability and quality. With the debt now comprehensively validated commutation and cash collectors can approach the market with confidence..
